
Visit Montgomery County wanted to increase awareness and drive visitation among motorsports enthusiasts attending events at Ironman Raceway. Rather than relying on broad audience targeting, Matchbook developed a strategy focused on reaching consumers who had already demonstrated a strong interest in racing and live motorsports experiences.
To accomplish this, we implemented a geo-fencing campaign around the Monster Energy AMA Supercross event, allowing us to build an audience of highly qualified race fans based on real-world attendance behavior and invited them to continue the party in Montgomery County. Fueled by the headline “The Dirt Doesn’t Stop Here”, the result was a highly efficient campaign that generated a 1.9% click-through rate and an 85% conversion rate, demonstrating the effectiveness of meeting potential visitors where their interests already exist and guiding them toward future experiences within Montgomery County.
